We talk about Silicon Gaming and the Odyssey. Then WagerWorks. Onto Wynn Las Vegas and Encore and finally MyVegas. Lots to cover. Andrew even opines on Cosmopolitan and SLS.
Again, some noise in the recording here (don’t email me ; I gated everything I could) and there but that’s the way it goes with phone-in interviews so just sit back and enjoy!

Great interview. In my simple mind, the only thing I knew about Andrew Pascal was that he is Elaine’s nephew. I figured nepotism must have played a role when he was at Wynn. Was I wrong! He is very thoughtful and had excellent insights, especially about the opening of Encore when the economy tanked. Also fun to hear about Jim Murren and Andrew being friends and neighbors. He sure gave a vote of confidence to the way Unwin is operating Cosmopolitan under difficult circumstances, and he couldn’t have been more positive about Rob Oseland at SLS.
Dr, Dave, next time, tell Hunter he owes you more time to ask your questions 🙂
